If you would like to use your insurance to cover the cost of appointments, I will file the claims for you. Your insurance plan will determine the fee of your therapy, based on your deductible, copay, or co-insurance. We can verify together how much your appointments will cost before our first meeting.
If you have an insurance plan not listed above, your plan may include out-of-network mental health benefits. In that case, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore what you’d like to receive from therapy. Within the hour, we can discuss your current concerns, symptoms, and history, and establish your goals for therapy. We can also identify pathways forward to meet those goals. The first appointment is also an opportunity for you to continue determining if we are a good fit for working together. Afterwards you are free to schedule more appointments together, or ask for a referral. Regardless, taking those first steps into therapy is worth celebrating!
